Hi and welcome to my website.

I’m Lisa and this is my official website. So here’s a bit about me…

I have lived in the same town my entire life and I’m really close to my family. My best friend has been just that for over twenty years.

I wrote my first ‘story’ as a homework assignment at about thirteen. My English teacher at the time asked us to write a short story. Most people wrote two or three pages. I handed mine in at thirty pages (and still to this day I look at it to give me a push). Here my love for writing started. After many medical problems in my teenage years I found a real pleasure and escape in writing. I wrote a series of books during this time.

For years my friends have been telling me to publish the books that I write. So in the last year I’ve been making a conscious effort to do just that. Embracing the self-publishing world.

In my spare time between working, reading and writing I support my best friends son who plays U12 Ice Hockey for Blackburn.
